We won't be back at Santa's Wonderland for Christmas 2010. Working 45 days straight (with no day off)...through Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas night and New Year's Eve...AND still managing our online store got to be a little overwhelming (and that's an understatement!). We're now the largest online store for Texas gifts and decor and we have decided we need to keep 100% focused on the Texas Trading Post-Fun Texas Stuff.
We had a great time, and we're keeping this section open, just because Santa's Wonderland is a great Christmas attraction and we encourage you to spend an evening there. And as long as you're in College Station, you can order online and swing by and pick up your items so you won't have to pay shipping {{{{ big grin }}}}}....
We were invited to open a store at Santa's Wonderland this 2008 Christmas season.
We're delighted that the owners recognized the love we have for the Great State of Texas, and that we do all we can to keep the true Spirit of Texas alive...just as they are dedicated in keeping the Spirit of Christmas alive - Texas style, of course!
Santa's Wonderland is just a few miles outside of College Station (our hometown) and has so many exciting things for you and your family and friends to see and do.
There is a drive through park (you can either go in your own vehicle or go on the hay rides) where you will see over a million LED Christmas lights in the trees with lots of holiday surprises along the way.
We'll be in Santa's Town...a western town featuring live entertainment, working artisans, mechanical bull riding, pony rides, great shopping, a petting zoo and, of course, Santa!
Being kids at heart, we thought this was a wonderful way to spend the holidays, and it gives us the opportunity to meet you and for you to meet us.
Just look for the "Texas Trading Post"...which also houses the jail...either way, you can find us very easily when you come into Santa's Town.
Here we are...getting the Texas Trading Post ready for Christmas (notice the beautiful crystal clear Texas blue sky)...
